01Reservations

• 1.1All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
• 1.2A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing a booking reference number.
• 1.3Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• 1.4The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

02Rates and Payments

• 2.1All rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
• 2.2Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• 2.3We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
• 2.4The hotel reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings made under incorrect rates.

03Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 3.1Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
• 3.2Standard bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
• 3.3Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking amount.
• 3.4Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.

04Check-In and Check-Out

• 4.1Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• 4.2Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• 4.3Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• 4.4Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.

05Guest Responsibilities

• 5.1Guests are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct during their stay.
• 5.2Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's account.
• 5.3The hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in designated non-smoking areas. Violation may result in cleaning fees.
• 5.4Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disturbance of other guests may result in eviction without refund.

06Modifications to Booking

• 6.1Changes to reservations are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
• 6.2Modifications may result in additional charges depending on the new rate selected.

07Special Requests

• 7.1Special requests (e.g., room type preference, accessibility needs) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• 7.2The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.

08Force Majeure

Sakay Hotel and Suites shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakay Hotel and Suites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its booking platform or hotel services.

10Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information for reservation and service purposes.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
